Both buildings share the same cabinetry, plumbed shampoo bowls, and owner. Fairfax adds roof-vented exhaust and the built-in nail suite. Tours are in person, usually with Nina — Los Al is the original, open since 2018.

The original building — and the proof the model works. Twenty suites between the 605 and 405, open since 2018, with dedicated parking for your clients and the same cabinetry and plumbed bowls as Fairfax. Tour it and you'll see why most of our Fairfax pros started here.

Which location is right for me?

Whichever side of the 605 your clients live on. If your book is LA — Mid-City, WeHo, Beverly Hills-adjacent — that's Fairfax. If it's Orange County or Long Beach, that's Los Alamitos. One caveat: if your work is fume-heavy (color, lightener, PMU), Fairfax's roof-vented exhaust can be worth the drive.

What's actually different between the two buildings?

The bones are the same — same cabinetry, same plumbed shampoo bowls, twenty suites each, same owner. Fairfax adds roof-vented exhaust in every room and the built-in nail suite. Los Alamitos has free on-site laundry and a shared color processing room.

Do both locations have parking for my clients?

Yes. Los Alamitos sits between the 605 and 405 with a dedicated lot; Fairfax has parking on site, just south of Wilshire on Miracle Mile.

Is pricing the same at both?

Interior suites are $399/wk and window suites $499/wk at either building; the $375/wk nail suite is at Fairfax. Every rate includes the built-in cabinetry, utilities, and Wi-Fi.

What if my clients are split between LA and OC?

Go where the bigger half of your book lives — clients will cross town for you occasionally, not every appointment. If it's a true split, tell Nina where your regulars actually come from and she'll give you a straight answer on which building fits.
