What does a suite cost here, and what's included?
Interior suites are $399/wk and window suites $499/wk. Every rate includes the built-in cabinetry, a plumbed shampoo bowl in hair suites, utilities, Wi-Fi, and free on-site laundry. You move in and start working.
When can I work?
Whenever your clients can come — the building has 24/7 access. Early weekday clients, late color corrections, Sunday regulars: your schedule is yours.
Where do my clients park?
In our dedicated lot — no meters, no validation dance. The building sits between the 605 and 405, so clients from Long Beach, Seal Beach, and north OC get here without surface-street crawling.
Do I have to furnish the suite?
No. The cabinetry, shampoo bowl, mirror, and lighting are all built in — roughly $2,500 of it. Bring your tools and your book and you're working day one.
What are the lease terms?
Weekly rent, no franchise paperwork. Nina signs the lease with you directly. Ask about the current move-in rate on your tour.
How do I tour?
