Real exhaust, vented to the roof — not recirculated into the hallway or the suite next door. Color, lightener, and acrylic work all get real air.
The only LA suites you can safely run a Brazilian blowout in.

Plumbed shampoo bowl
A freestanding bowl plumbed to the floor in every hair suite. Trenching concrete to add this later costs more than the bowl — here it's already done.

Full-height built-ins, soft-close drawers, locking storage — roughly $2,500 of cabinetry already in the room. Move in with your kit, not a contractor.

What does a suite cost, and what's included?
Interior suites are $399/wk, window suites $499/wk, and the nail suite $375/wk. Every rate includes the built-in cabinetry, a plumbed shampoo bowl in hair suites, roof-vented exhaust, utilities, and Wi-Fi — you move in and start working.
Where are your two locations?
Fairfax / Miracle Mile (Beverly Hills adjacent) and Los Alamitos, open since 2018. Both buildings share the same buildout — same cabinetry, same ventilation, same plumbed bowls.
Can I do color, lightening, or PMU here?
Yes. Every room has roof-vented exhaust that pulls fumes to the roof, not into the hallway or the suite next door. Color, lightening, Brazilian blowouts, acrylic, lash adhesive — all handled.
Do I have to furnish the suite?
No. The cabinetry, shampoo bowl, mirror, and lighting are all built in — roughly $2,500 of it. Bring your tools and your book and you're working day one.
What are the lease terms?
Weekly rent, no franchise paperwork. Nina signs the lease with you directly. Ask about the founding move-in rate on your tour.
How do I tour?
