Hair Suite
Plumbed shampoo bowl, roof-vented exhaust for color, and lighting tuned to daylight.
Beverly Hills adjacent. Plumbed shampoo bowls, roof-vented exhaust, and full built-in cabinetry — built for the color, blowouts, and PMU work most LA suites can't safely ventilate for.

Tours by appointment — Nina meets you at the door.
Four room types — one each for hair, nails, esthetics, and lash / brow / PMU. Each has the ventilation, cabinetry, and plumbing the service in that room actually uses. Pick yours; we'll walk you through it in person.

Plumbed shampoo bowl, roof-vented exhaust for color, and lighting tuned to daylight.

The only LA suite with a built-in pedicure chair — vented for dust, gel, and acetone.

Steam-ready ventilation and soft daylight, with room for a full treatment bed and cart.

Clean-air handling for adhesive and pigment work, with cabinetry sized for a full PMU kit.
No adjectives. The five things every suite ships with — and the ones most LA suites quietly leave out. Specced and inspected by Nina, not by a franchise playbook.

Real exhaust, vented to the roof — not recirculated into the hallway or the suite next door. Color, lightener, and acrylic work all get real air.
The only LA suites you can safely run a Brazilian blowout in.

A freestanding bowl plumbed to the floor in every hair suite. Trenching concrete to add this later costs more than the bowl — here it's already done.
Plumbed and freestanding — not a hose, not a wall sink.

Full-height built-ins, soft-close drawers, locking storage — roughly $2,500 of cabinetry already in the room. Move in with your kit, not a contractor.
About $2,500 of built-ins, included in the rent.

The color you mix in the chair is the color your client sees in their selfie outside. Counter-height mirrors, daylight-balanced light throughout.
Color reads the same in the chair as on the street.

Not two hundred. A boutique building you can learn by name, not a hallway of fifty doors. Owner-operated — a real person answers.
Twenty suites only. Owner on site.
Our weekly rate isn't just a chair. Here's what ships in every Suites Spot room — and what most LA suites quietly leave you to pay for yourself.

Most suites hand you four walls and a sink. This one ships with the chair, the ventilation, and the storage — so the buildout isn't on your card.
We're at one of LA's busiest corners — three roads, a gas station everyone has an opinion about, and traffic you've probably sat in. We're not going to pretend otherwise. What it also means: Beverly Hills adjacent, Miracle Mile foot traffic, and a building people can actually find. Parking is on site. Tour it once and the corner stops being the story.

The people who actually lease here — on the room, the build, and finally running their own thing.
I have been at The Suites spot for a year almost & I absolutely love it. Let’s start with the amazing location. Close to freeway which my clients love and a Starbucks directly across the parking lot from my suite window.
The Suites Spot is great! I love the tasteful crafted, ready-to-use spaces. The built-in amenities have simplified launching a new business. The support from the Property Managers has been superb. To top it off, my neighboring tenants/business owner are all so kind and talented; it’s a wonderful community.
I absolutely love being at the Suites Spot in Los Alamitos. Since I’ve been here, my income has gone up by 40%. Location is everything my clients love coming to my suite and having private time to just unwind and have a self care day.
I’ve been a part of The Suites Spot family for almost 4 years. Working in a private suite has been the best experience I’ve had. I share a double suite with my friend so we still have a little bit of that Salon vibe. Plus, I’ve made friends with my surrounding Suite mates. It truly feels like a Community.
Super cute salon suites! Love having work so close to home. It gives me the flexibility I need as a single parent. Laundry on site/Included with rent, secure entrance & ample parking make it even sweeter! So glad I made the switch to The Suites Spot!
I love having my own suite! The Suites Spot offers so much and one of my favorite things about the suite is that I have my own utility sink. The set up is beautiful and the lighting is great!
